GETTING TO BELL BUCKLE…

The Nashville International Airport is closest airport to fly into. 

Follow the Airport signs to exit towards Interstate 40/24 East.  Move towards the left hand side of the highway so that when the highway splits to 24 South, you are in the correct lane.  Continue on 24 (toward Chattanooga and past Murfreesboro) for approximately 50 minutes.  Exit #97 onto Highway 64, turn right (west); drive 4.8 miles.  Drive past Highway 82 turn off to Bell Buckle* and head towards Wartrace.  Look for a green sign designating ‘Fairfield’ (a small grouping of houses).  Shortly beyond that sign is a cross road.  There is a silver painted building on the right; across the road from that is a sign for ‘Fairfield Church of Christ’.  Turn right onto that road.  Drive .7 of a mile and our ‘farmette’ is on the right.  You’ll see the big, white studio building, a green tile form in the yard and two small houses sided in light gray with white trim.  If you pass the farm with the Brahman Bull or end up in Wartrace, you missed the turn. 

*  If you’re staying in Bell Buckle, turn at Highway 82 and follow the road into the small town, through the campus of Webb School. 

Cross the railroad tracs and turn left (sign points to Wartrace).  Drive 1.4 miles to first cross road (Cascade School is on right corner).  Run left onto Fairfield Pike (there may not be a ssign…?)  Drive 3.4 miles to 3375 Fairfield Pike, the number is on the mailbox.  We’re on the left – a big, white studio, two light gray houses with white trim, and a green tile sculpture in the yard.  Two or three dogs will greet you!
